Confirmation Classes
Come to the Mercy College classrooms at 9:30 on these Sundays:
April 14: Class
April 21: Confirmation Retreat (see below)
May 5: Class
May 19: End of Year Celebration, 9:30am at the Pastoral Center
Confirmation Retreat
Sunday afternoon, April 21 at 12pm-5pm at the Pastoral Center across the street from the church.
It’s required that all students attend – and a Confirmation Sponsor or parent must participate with each student.
Reconciliation (Confession)
In April or early May, before you are confirmed
Please go to Confession in during general confession times or contact the parish office at 515-288-7411 to schedule a special date & time for confession.
Rehearse for Confirmation Mass
Saturday morning, May 11 at 10:00 AM in the church
Please be sure a Confirmation Sponsor or parent participates with the student.
This will last about 2 hours.
Confirmation Mass
Sunday, May 12 during 11:00 Mass
Come to the church at 9:45 AM for photos, along with your Confirmation sponsor or a parent.
A pew will be saved for your family.
